Stillwater All Stars

Stillwater All Stars

Summer Touring Band

The Stillwater All Stars band is a select group of students playing alongside Stillwater faculty members under the direction of Evan Suiter and Steve Dejka. This group tours and gigs during the summer months in the Four Corners Area. This summer the All Stars will have several performances in Durango and Dolores, and will once again perform on the main stage at the Telluride Jazz Festival in early August.

The group will rehearse to prepare a 1-hour set of jazz, funk and Latin tunes. In addition to the experience of rehearsing and performing as a professional-level touring band with Stillwater faculty mentors, students in the band will receive a 3-day weekend pass to the Telluride Jazz Festival, including back-stage passes and the opportunity to see and hear top-caliber jazz musicians play world class music.

Tuition for the 2017 Stillwater All Stars is $395.
